• 3:00 PM - REST

• 7:00 PM - Gather

FRIDAY, MAY 2

• 9:00 AM - Gather

• 12:00 PM - Break for Lunch

• 1:30 PM - Gather

• 3:00 - REST

• 7:30 PM - Gather

SATURDAY, MAY 3

• 9:00 AM - Gather

• 11:00 AM - Pack up and head home

LODGING INFORMATION

• You will be responsible to book your own room at an area hotel.

REFUND POLICY

We understand that things come up and plans have to change. Due to the agreement with Evergreen Lodge, our refund policy will be as follows:

• Now through April 1: 100% refund available

• April 1-15: 50% refund available

• April 28 - Start of WC DALLAS: No refunds given
