Worship Circle is an exclusive online worship leadership mentoring program that takes place over a nine-month period.

Program details:

The Worship Circle program is a nine month journey, with unique content, worship leader training and guests each term. Each term consists of a mix of small groups, online worship leader training, monthly homework and reading, and community-building times of growth and learning.

Small Group + Main Session –

Once a month, your small group of 8-10 members, along with your coach, will join online for a 2 hour session. The first hour is a session with your small group, while the second hour is a Master  worship leader training session taught by one of the Worship Circle coaches.

Practical Training –

For 1 additional hour each month all Worship Circle Members will join Todd Fields and special guests to focus on developmental aspects of your worship leadership like learning to hear from God, crafting sets, service planning, verbal communication and other aspects of worship leadership.

Monthly Check-ins –

As a Worship Circle member, you are invited to the monthly Family Gatherings to have any questions or concerns addressed in a group setting, led by Todd Fields and the Worship Circle Team. We don’t want you to leave the Program with any unanswered questions!

$399 per month

MEMBERSHIP includes the entire Worship Circle program from start to finish.

  • Eighteen online large group sessions with the other Worship Circle coaches and other special guest speakers

  • Inclusion in a Worship Circle Tribe Facebook group with everyone from your term

  • Downloads of ALL sessions and resources that you can keep forever

  • Monthly “Family Meetings” to ask questions and grow in your leadership

  • One ticket to the annual Worship Circle REST retreat

  • Invitation to the Member’s Meal with your coach and group at the annual REST retreat, exclusive to Worship Circle members

Topics that will be covered next term: How to Communicate with Confidence, How to Build a Healthy Team Culture, How to Hear from God, How to Lead from a Place of Rest, How to Craft Song Sets That Engage, How to Write Songs for Your Church, How to Follow the Holy Spirit in Worship, How to Work Well with your Pastor. Sessions will be taught by Worship Circle Coaches and special guests.
