We know when it comes to fundraising or working within your church budget to make something like Worship Circle a reality, it can be daunting. We also know that it can be a lot easier than our minds make it out to be, and we have seen and heard of countless people who decided to trust in God’s provision and it showed up within hours of just saying YES! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we get when it comes to joining the Worship Circle Journey through a Small Group!

  • The Worship Circle Team is committed to walking with you on the fundraising process, from start to finish! From best practices to strategy planning, we will help you see your fundraising journey through to fully funded! On very rare occasions, we have donors donate specifically to help a participant, and we make those available based on a situational basis.

  • We meet twice a month (typically on Wednesdays OR Thursdays) at 2:00PM EST. Of the two meetings, one includes both a large group session and a small group session to follow. The other monthly meeting is only a large group session.

  • When we meet for both large group & small group, it’s typically 2 hours. On days, however when we meet only for a large group session, it’s only one hour.

  • “How to Communicate with Confidence”, “How to Build a Healthy Team Culture”, “How to Hear from God” & “How to Lead from a Place of Rest” are just a few of the topics.

  • In the event that an emergency occurs and you have to miss a session, we do record all of the Large Group sessions. These will be available for you to download and watch afterwards.

  • Homework is an integral part of the Worship Circle Program! There is little in the way of "turned-in" assignments, but Coaches and Session teachers do provide practices and resources that at times require involvement. Homework is not a burden, but more an extension of your overall Worship Circle experience.
